    Default Emulator Issues

    So yeah, I'm trying out Emulation.
    I've got ePSXe. So I open it via Delta2 & whatnot, but I'm having issues with finding things such as Bios. I have a rar file of Tactics as well...help :\
    I made one myself for a change! Although you can probably tell that..
