That's why you need to drink before you go out.

Then what's the point of going out?? Everyone can just hang out at my house; it's not like anyone needs to be picking up single chicks and/or dudes.

Well, going out includes dancing to loud music in the clubs, and meeting new people. It's just fun. But yeah, in general so-called "pre-parties" are great for getting drunk and pumped up before actually going out. There's not much fun in arriving at a bar/club completely sober.

Yeah, pre-drinking is required for club hopping because getting drunk strictly at clubs = $$$$$$$$$
