I'm not sure I've seen "unfriend" much, ever. I thought "defriend" was the norm.

I guess we're all still hip kids and they're the adults not wise to our lingo jingo.
Although jesse and tsukasa's posts have me contemplating an orwellian facebook future.
Reducing our responses to single words is only the first step.
maybe someday, facebook will start offering generic statuses to pick and post from.
Or a mad-lib style, where you pick the appropriate word to fill in...

Defriend is preferred, but both make me laugh. Though I think it's much bigger of a deal if you defriend someone on LJ than on FB.
