Default Anyone else like books like this?

I have been reading these books, which aren't written like regular books, but in a method where they are in the 2nd person (that means "you") at the bottom of each page will tell you to turn to a different page (at the end of page 3 it might say; "turn to page 41") and on some pages, it will give a choice of what page to turn to.

Basically, what happens is that the pages are written like "You realize you have to get out as fast as you can, suddenly you notices there are two avaliable exits, what are you going to do?

Take the left exit? Go to Page 25

Take the right exit? Go to Page 17"

The books that I have been reading are actually a spin off series of an actual book series, but other versions exist. I have got three of these books, but I will look out for more.

Also - you probably guessed this, but you'll get a different ending depending on what choices you make, sometimes you'll end the story really eairly - you never know.

Yes, usually they're called "Choose your own adventure" books!

I read a lot of Goosebumps ones when I was younger. I preferred them to the actual goosebumps books xD

Sometimes I'd just read them straight through because I was never brave enough to choose the more exotic/scary paths

Thanks, I always wondered the exact genre name.

Actually - it is the Goosebumps ones I am reading now, I enjoyed them as a kid but never owned any (they where in my school's library) but now I am seaking them, and I have three at the moment.

Hopscotch (Rayeula) by Julio Cortazar is a great novel that gives you two options for reading through it: either straight through the first 2/3 of the book, or jumping around to the assigned next chapter and the end of each chapter.
