Yeah well I looked on the wiki, the flash, and even on mafia scum. I couldn't find survivor as guilty. So I dunno where you've been playing but I couldn't find it. And I looked. So yeah....

I fail.![]()
So i'm not gonna blame DD for the mess up, no DD you did grand.
Looks like I get to own some people in mafia after all.
This whole "why is a survivor guilty?" thing is semantics. It can be "town" or "not town" if you want to be pedantic about it all. However the hell you want to phrase it is wholly irrelevant, tbh. It's "guilty" or "not town" or whatever because of balancing issues because otherwise the role of Survivor is too easy in and of itself, no matter how many posting restrictions you put on it.
You can say "but that makes it balanced in favour of the mafia" Yes, it does. It's basically just a neutral variant of the Miller, really, and as such the set up is reflective of that.
"I looked it up in the Flash and on the INTERNETS" cool but did you think of oh, I don't know, asking the moderators of the game you were actually playing what a Survivor would come up as? No. No, you did not.
You were playing badly and got what was coming to you. Feel free to blame us some more if you want, though![]()
The mods SHOULDN'T have been able to tell us what a role would come up as. That would be confirming a role.
You threw my whole game off because here I was thinking there wouldn't be role variations. So i'm basing it off that not oh i'm going to throw it in there because I can.
And you made it another miller, only difference is if mafia win it wins too. Just one more condition to win.
A miller makes it pro mafia as well. They both are promafia so there is no neutral thing about it.
Millers are town-aligned.
Not at all. For example I can say "Theoretically, if there was a Saulus in this game, they would flip town."
The Beloved Princess and the Miller are both pro-town. They are town roles that aid the mafia inadvertently. The Survivor is neutral and aids the mafia inadvertently. We have given the town roles to balance this out.And you made it another miller, only difference is if mafia win it wins too. Just one more condition to win.

But I guess people will complain about the set up when it is revealed and I'll have to spend some time debating that too. PHASE 4 update: IN PROGRESS!
They are town aligned but the miller flips up as guilty giving the mafia an advantage.
I will complain about it paul because you've made reasons for it to be complained about and the game isn't even finished.
*headdesk til bloody*
Mafia's really back![]()
Yes, it gives the mafia an advantage. But - and I am not confirming they are in the game I am just using the most generic two town roles here- a doctor gives the town an advantage. So does the cop. We know this gives the mafia an advantage so we've tried to give the town advantages too.
While we're bickering, I blame Laddy. Don't ask me why.![]()

Yeah this is clearly all Laddy's fault. Let's lynch him IRL!
I don't see why DD & Psy making a variation on a role is such a big deal if you go put off or confused thats your fault! The survivor is a hindrance to the town winning the game so we lynched the survivor. Less bitching more mafioso finding people! Really such a big deal over nothing![]()
