I'm poor and I hate Christmas, though not cause I'm poor.
When I was a kid Christmas was my favorite and it was a very special time for my father and me. My mom would even fake sick so dad and I could do decorations together, just the two of us.
Then my parents split up, my mom took me away from my dad and most of her boyfriends would try and force me (no really, yelling and everything) to decorate the tree with said boyfriend and his kids. As you can imagine, I did not respond well to this xD
Oh, and the heavy commercialization of the holiday is a huge turn off.
And that is why I hate Christmas.
But I try not to be grumpy and I'm glad others enjoy the holiday. As long as I don't have to listen to the music, that is
