All you need is MS Paint, Vyk. It's what I made mine in, anyway. And if you don't have that, you can always just edit the source code!

Also yes! You should try designing an XIII skin, Rantzien! I have a few vague ideas for an XIII skin I want to play around with too, so if we all give it a go, maybe we'll come up with something good!
