@ Rye's FFXIII Skin: I love it with pink and no Harry Potter lighting thing! It would probably look good in baby/powder blue too. I was thinking of a silver, red and black color scheme for the fellas.

Regarding the FFXIII skins being thrown about: If you're going to have it be in light pastel colours I urge you to stick to 100% dark fonts. To have white on light pastel is really hard to read. Also, I think it wouldn't hurt to have a darker version for us that don't like pastels to also be made.

Agreed, reading white off of pale pink is extremely hard.

Is it me, or does the black text on the pale pink looks a bit rough? But maybe that is due to how the screen caps are being manipulated. :/

I disbelieve anyone is doing this in MS Paint. The text has major gradations when pasted directly into Paint. So you'd have to change like 10 different colors just to hit all the text. Is that really what everyone was doing??

Yeah. I'd rather use a "real" photo editing program. But I'd also rather use a real mouse with those :} (laptop here) I was kinda happy to see that MS Paint could have done it. But alas, no. It actually can't. Phooey

I agree! I was all cba about changing font color though, but yeah. It is hard to read.

I fixed it. Gotta use standard font settings rather than the clear type setting. Silly windows -_- Standard is so ugly though x_x

Yes. If you're copying and pasting my screenshots then it's probably because of the jpg artifacts that were created when I saved it. Take your own screenshot of EoFF and you'll see the text is one colour.

Nah, it was the clear type font setting. It shades around the edges to make it look smoother or something

I made the beginnings of a Chocobo themed layout. It's called Gysahl Greens. I like the colors and background pattern (it's a little uneven since I did it all by hand rather quick) but I have no idea what to do with the banner, so I just threw something up there. Any ideas? How do you like it?
