Better Map?

I'm doing a video walkthrough/Let's Play of FFIX and I'm using a few sites to help with finding various enemies to learn Blue Magic, but they all use the "region" system that the game uses- namely, they list the enemies by their region as they appear in the menu, not by where they appear relative to helpful landmarks or cities.

I'm wondering if anyone has a map of all the regions to make this a lot easier on me?
