Dissidia or Sims 3?

So I decided to play a few games after all these years.

But I can't decide whether to buy Dissidia or Sims 3. Both seems pretty promising.

If you enjoy sims type stuff, you will get a lot of wear out of TS3.

What scrumpleberry said. if you like the Sims enough to consider it, it's probably safe to say you'll get a hell of a lot more time out of it then Dissidia.
