People who say Sephiroth is overrated just to be "different" and piss off the nonexistent "fanboys who worship Sephiroth" and blah blah blah even though nobody likes him anymore. And I have to say, he's starting to wear on me too. Hey, Square? Don't put Cloud or Sephiroth in another game. Like, ever. Seriously. They were good characters at first, but you really messed them up. I'm sick of them.
