- France (Been to France around 5-6 times or so on holiday - including 3 times in Paris)

- The Czech Republic (Been there 3 times, and all three times in Prague + outside Prague)
- England (London)
- Slovenia (Holiday - e.g. went to Ljubljana)
- Croatia (1 day of driving in the countryside)
- Turkey (5 times or so - all summer holidays in e.g. Marmaris and Alanya)
- Greece (Rhodes)
- Belgium (Passed through)
- Switzerland (Two skiing trips in Verbier)
- Thailand (3 weeks of backpacking - didn't go to Southern Thailand, though)
- China (2 months of backpacking, from Beijing to Hong Kong)
- Nepal (Around 3 weeks of backpacking, Kathmandu and Pokhara)
- India (Around 1.5 months of backpacking, mostly Northern and Western India, but also Hampi and Goa in the South)
- Laos (2 weeks of backpacking in Northern Laos)
- Vietnam (3 weeks of backpacking from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City and through the Mekong Delta)
- Cambodia (3 weeks of backpacking - Phnom Penh, Sihanoukville and Siem Reap)
- Japan (1 week of "backpacking" in Tokyo)
- The US (Around 1.5 months of backpacking, starting from San Francisco going all the way to New York - other than those two cities we also went to:
