For me, at least, I just have trouble differentiating the color purple from the color blue. There are some other combinations that I have issues with that make my life difficult though.Colour blindness has always interested me. What would purple look like to you, Inferno? Gray?
Women can be colorblind although it occurs far less than male colorblindness. I believe many women are carriers of the gene/trait that causes colorblindness but most don't have it themselves. My mother was a carrier of the gene and wasn't colorblind, though both myself and my brother are. My younger brother isn't, however.I've wondered the same concept about a lot of things. Colors and tastes/flavors are a common one though. And I thought women couldn't be color-blind. Or is there a type of color-blindness not associated to a genetic defect? 'Cause the defect causing it is supposed to only be on the Y chromosome. Meaning only men can be genetically color-blind
