I'm trying to justify used game sales?

I'm not entirely sure, but I don't think the license agreements for most games prohibits resale of your own license, and if it does, it might clash with local laws depending on where you live.

It seems like you think there is no justification at all for piracy.

How nice, no one is forcing you to buy them :p. It seems there are enough people who would though.

And sure there are justifications, such as "I don't think the creator should be able to control his work when I can't get access to it".
