Stop calling me that. It's old. It's tired. If it was ever amusing, that time has long since passed. I'm sick and tired of being treated like an Irishman from a hundred years ago. Ireland's culture is a lot more than clovers, alcohol, and leprechaun - not that you or anyone else seems to know or care. No, if I mention Pangur Bán most will draw a blank. If Ireland is mentioned in the world, it's mentioned either as a joke or in the context of fighting the English, and frankly I'm sick and tired of it. I'm tired of being reduced to just some caricature, tbqh, less for my own sake and more because I'm tired of an ancient and noble land being reduced to that. I don't even bloody well like nationalism, but when you just beat this drum over and over even I will get driven to it.
