That's a mistranslation apparently, its suppose to be something like I'm done talking to a wall which is an insult he gives a few times in VIII about how dealing with stupid people is like talking to a wall.

I'm sad it seems they took out one of Kefka's lines when he battles Tidus from the Japanese version:
