Default Opening a "Scherzo di Notte" fanclub.

I simply adore Scherzo di Notte. I think it is without a doubt the best Kingdom Hearts "normal" battle theme. While the Kingdom Hearts II Version was sort of... bland, the Re: Chain of Memories version is just incredible. I just love that clear timpani at the beginning

Anyhoo, what do you consider the best "normal battle" theme from the Kingdom Hearts series? Discuss!

That KHII version sounds pretty dry and loses the epicness because of it. Maybe it's just youtube at work, but it could have done with a bit more reverb in the right places if you ask me.

Anyway, I can't even remember any of the other battle themes at the moment, but that would be a tough one to top.

By normal you mean no boss battle, right? Probably "Sinister Shadows", the violin is great, the percussions are really fitting and so on.. it's engaging over all

But yea, Scherzo di Notte is good as well, though I like the KHII verison, too

I think my favorite is Hand in Hand. Scherzo di Notte is pretty great too, though.

"It is a well-known fact that all heroes in all tales disliked vegetables as children.
Their legend begins with their overcoming of this weakness, and then continues with a journey filled with hardships.
That noble vegetable, the onion, lives on as a symbol of hardships overcome, and as the mark of a true hero.
