Ichigo Coin Purse
My Dad says that it looks like an adorable oblong strawberry.
I've been in love with tiny coin purses for months, but I've only finally gotten to make one this week, when my purse frames arrived from Thailand. My first attempt was a failure because I cut it all wrong and the glue wasn't drying right, but this one worked! I just wish I glued it in evenly - one corner sticks out more than the other because I made an accidental pleat in the right part of the frame. xD
That aside, I'm super proud. Working with purse frames is tough work! I like how tiny it looks in my hand.
Flash and lighting makes it look orange, but this is actually super cute strawberry red.
I stuffed tiny Italian chocolates in it. Needs the dried glued peeling off the sides and an iron but I'm gonna let the glue SERIOUSLY dry over night before I do that.
