It's not meant to hurt so much >_< Worked out [to Evanescence] for a while yesterday for the first time in a long while
and I woke up this morning positively aching on my shoulder blades and chest. One aerobics session, we used weights..next day I could NOT lift my arms.
Anyone else ever stupidly gone to great lengths to get fit or w/eand left you feeling absolutely, stupidly, pained?
