It took me a couple of views to get used to "My Hands", but its not bad at all. My only complaint is they played the music too loudly over some of the dialogue.
Edit: Official site is finally updated to include the new trailer and a section on Eidolons.

Just saw this on IGN. looks pretty cool and the Leona Lewis track wasn't as horrid as I thought it'd be. In game sequences look the best though. I like all the flying segments....too bad we wont be able to o that in game.
They didn't synch the mouth movements to the English Voice Actors, did they?

As far as I noticed they did though most of the time I was more busy looking elsewhere then to see if the lip sync was done properly. Though I do hate it when I notice them out of sync!

OH MY GOD GAAAAH I'm so excited. That was absolutely wonderful. Even if some of those fighting scenes looked silly with that song playing. I love the song though, far better than the Japanese song!

Well, FFX was only re-synced in pre-rendered movies, iirc. Maybe a *few* other really important scenes.
In FF13, we haven't really seen any other scenes than (i assume) pretty important ones, so who knows?!

Eh. Didn't really show anything new (yes, we all know by now that the game is pretty), but at least I'm starting to get some hope that the characters and plot will be interesting enough to at least somewhat justify the apparent extreme linearity of the game.
I find it helps to turn on the subtitles. I turned them off on my second playthrough of FFX because I tend to stare at the bottom of the screen rather than the character talking, and it was only then that I noticed how horribly out of sync some scenes were and turned them back on xD
There were a couple points where it seemed very off, but I couldn't tell if that was the game quality or the overall quality of the trailer (which had jumped in a couple points). Well it looks great, but my god 'My Hands' is horribly unfitting... But then again, I also thought her track for Avatar ruined the credit screen.
