I don't know if I could rightly explain how much I love my laptop. I love OSX-- windows makes no sense to me anymore--, I love the way it feels, looks. I love the applications and how they interact, and I love having so much *NIX-ability out of the box, but really, perhaps most of all, I love this goddamned touchpad. I can hardly use my parents laptops anymore; those touchpads are so small, and there's no multitouch functions!
I bought my first Macbook Pro when they newly switched to the intel processors. I was going to triple boot!!111 As it ended up, I had no use of windows for two years afterwards, only setting up BootCamp for AutoCAD. I have ditched it since, using Parallels instead of run any windows apps I might fancy. As for linux: there's no need, really.
