I don't have any serious addictions. Except I do indulge on the internet far too much. I'll spend HOURS past my bedtime wiki-ing useless trivia which will invariably cause me to search something on imdb.com and then back to wikipedia and so on. Lately, however, I've been much better at "just saying no" to it and going to sleep when I should.

Goofy addictions: video games (must play SOMETHING at least once a day), cardio (MUST run or do some form of aerobic/cardio activity for at least 30 mins a day) and music (MUST listen to at least one whole album I love at least once a day).
