The Eternal Calm / Eien no Nagisetsu side story is packaged with Final Fantasy X International. I am not sure if it was released in the PAL version of Final Fantasy X which was heavily delayed and had features from Final Fantasy X International.
I believe in the power of humanity.
Found it the eternal calm was in PSM magazine vol 75. And the FF X demo was in PSM vol 53.
