My tentative interpretation is something like this, although of course I can't be sure. I think it has the general gist of their conversation though:

"Zell, I really wanted you to read this.
I'm so glad I found you here."

"Like... ummm...
I'm not the kind who reads books...
I don't really like...in'...ar...qui...ther..." [perhaps "sittin' around quietly either" or something of the sort]

"Haha.
I know.
That's why I picked out this book..."

"ALRIGHT!!!"

"Each time... Zell, every time when you read this book..."
"Please think of me. Even if it's just a little..."
"It would be enough to [ful]fill my heart['s wish/dream/ with hope/whatever]."
"I'm sorry! I had to tell you!"
"Take care of yourself!"
