Sometimes I send an email back telling them why this is ridiculous. Like someone said MSN is running out of usernames so send the message on to make sure you don't get recycled. Yeah. Seriously.
I actually read most of them before deleting, because they're just stupid and provide me some small amusement.
I delete them..The only think I'm afraid of is GOD.....and my dad

I generally troll the sender. I don't get many troll or spam e-mails these days.
And I usually just delete chain/spam messages.

I can chain texts all the time on my mobile but I never send any on, unless I had lots of money on my phone and was REALLY bored.
