Love the twins! And Edward. And Tellah. Cid always annoyed me a bit. As did Yang.

I was surprised to find so much Edward hate. I remember when I was a little tyke thinking how awesome Edward was for though being a non-fighter in a group of fighters, did all he could with his songs to help. That struck me as rather courageous. And his star-crossed lovers story captured my imagination. Of course, as an actual playable character, pretty useless. But I play these games for the story more than the gameplay.

And then in the After Years . . . he rocked!

Palom was one of the strongest by far in the game, and twin attack sucked so why didnt everyone vote for him T_T

The familiar music started and Cid and Yang entered battle. Yang, feeling smug, decided he would fell Cid with one punch, so he spent turn after turn focusing his power. Cid could do nothing but pound him with his hammer, but Yang just laughed at this. "Pound away, I have so many HP you will never defeat me!" But Yang forgot his high HP is useless with his crappy defense, and all those blows did double damage. Before he could even get off a punch Cid had already defeated him.

As a reward for winning, Cid will receive a high seed in the upcoming FF Character Tournament.
