Look-wise, I've never found her the least bit attractive either. Can't really put my finger on why.

Never played Drakengard, but it seems pretty good so far.
She's sporting a just tad too much plain-jane brown for my liking though. And I find video game babes with realistic hairstyles to be missing the point of being the babe of a video game.

Well at least her left knee is well-protected. I mean she'll probably walk in a crooked or lop-sided manner, but as long as nobody can cripple one of your kneecaps, that is all that matters in the end. I'd never even heard of Drakengard until now though!
It's actually a decoy, supposed to make the enemy think: "why the hell is she trying so hard to protect her left knee, while leaving the rest of her body completely exposed? Aha! She's must be covering up some secret weakpoint! Maybe all her vital organs are, in fact, stuck in her left knee!"
...and then they'll only focus on hitting that left knee. Isn't it clever? =O
Edit: After observing that picture some more, I can even see how her facial expression's basically saying: "Yeah, you go on and hit that knee, baby. I know you wanna do it."
...but maybe that's just me.
