Leanne's a rarity in JRPGs. She's not 17. She's an ex-damsel-in-distress who can kick your ass now. Which almost never happens in JRPGs, usually they're either the damsel or the competent chick. She's both. She's cute but mature and totally not annoying. And they give her a -lot- of character. That's the biggest reason I fell in love with the game so much. Her and Vashyron are so amusing and well developed. I love their chemistry. Even Zephyr shies just far enough away from cliche for me to not hate his emo 17 year old guts :]

Well, it looks like it's time for another one! I've been finally playing the only Suikoden I have never played until now, the first one, soooooo, I'm going to use one of my favorite Suikoden characters... who was not in the first one.
But she was in the 2nd one and that one is better anyway, it's Sierra Mikain from Suikoden II!
She's a girl who around 800 before Suikoden II came across the Moon Rune (sometimes known as the Blue Moon Rune), being one of the cursed runes, turned her into a vampire. The Suikoden true runes almost always give immortality anyway, but the Moon Rune makes it's bearer crave for blood, so in order to escape it she ran into the forest and lived alone until a dying knight named Rean came and she took pity on him and made him a vampire as well. Over time others like him came to end their lives, and she made them all vampires, creating a sort of vampire village with the Moon Rune as the center so none of them had to drink blood.
One day Neclord stole the rune, making all the other vampires either die after losing the runes protection, or go out to eat on humans. Sierra was still technically the bearer of the Rune and Coven Mistress, as the rune still considered her so, so she doesn't need to drink blood anymore, but she goes out to put an end to Neclord and to the other vampires hurting humans, becoming a vampire hunter.
She seems to always be tired, as when you first find her in Suikoden II she is sleeping, but will eventually join your army to help defeat Neclord. She also appeared in Suikoden Gaiden, and likely married the main character of the Gaiden series, Nash, and in Suikoden III he often makes comments about how his wife would punish him for certain things. Sierra is certainly scary enough.

I've always wanted to get into the Suikoden series. She sounds really interesting. Looks cute too :}

D'accord. But at least they picked a Suikoden character who is and looks to be legal. From the rest of this thread, I was half expecting that if a Suikoden character were to be done, it would be freakin' Lymsleia.

I was the one that picked Sierra anyway. xD Lymsleia isn't on the list at all, so no worries about her being put up. Because that really would be weird. Lym is odd looking anyway.D'accord.
