They're demons. Yes, but both Rozalin and Etna are demons, and their ages are completely different, but Rozalin still looks older for some reason. Since CAPTAIN GORDON is human it makes sense he looks older but is not... I guess since Rozalin and Etna are from different Netherworlds, they age different or something. I don't know, just guessing. xD
