This time is is Lucius from Fire Emblem! Also known as Ruthea in the Japanese version!
She is a follower of of the religion of Saint Elimine, and very much loves her best friend Raven, who she follows around like a puppy.
She was basically orphaned as a kid as her father was murdered and her mother died from sickness, but she harbors no grudge for this. Probably because of her religion, but every game medieval type game needs at least one religious nut, right? Right. She's rather gentle, but stubborn, mostly towards Raven. Because it is tru wuve.
Also, not sure on age, but pretty sure legal.

Tsubaki is a member of the Library. No, not THAT Library. The Novus Orbis Librarium (NOL), or Library for short basically run the world of BlazBlue. Most people generally hate them and they feel they are oppressive, even though they claim to do what's best to keep the peace. But anyway, Tsubaki went to school to become a member of the NOL, and eventually did along with two of the other main characters Jin Kisaragi and Noel Vermillion. She is generally pretty serious, and a straight A student. She plays a pretty small part in Calamity Trigger though, now that is she a main playable character in Continuum Shift we'll get to know all kinds of juicy tidbits about her~ (Hopefully) Spoiler for the end of the first game: (SPOILER)She's actually been tasked to kill Jin and Noel in Continuum Shift as a plot by Hazama; he's marked the two as traitors to the Library due to the events of Calamity Trigger. So yeah, lots of nice drama in Continuum Shift at least. She is also going blind due to the power of her Nox Nyctores, noes! =O ....Explains the weird eye thing in her getup?
