Meru, who advertises herself as a great dancer, is perky, a little klutzy, curious, and none too bright. Physically she's extremely weak, but she's a magical powerhouse, and the fastest character in the party. Her Dragoon Spirit is acquired at the Prison Island.
Anyway: enjoy her theme song done in Mario Paint or watch her transform, you naughty kids.

The word perky just... xD I love that word. Meru is cute. Dancers are... flexible.
You forgot to mention how she is also not a human but a wingly. She can fly even without her dragoon powers.
Good timing, to coincide with the thread on the game that just died. But I'm playing through the game and enjoying it none-the-less. Haven't met her yet, but now I'm eager to. She seems interesting. Though the ditzy part sorta irks me. I don't know why every JRPG has to have the ditzy character
