how come Seifer calls Zell chicken-wuss and zell is soooooo angry,but when squall says to zell"maybe the chicken-wuss could'nt do it"he shrugs it off,why is that?!?!?

This is because Zell is on friendlier terms with Squall than he is with Seifer. There may be some issues between Zell and Seifer and Zell and Squall stemming from their shared childhood, too.

you mean you ignored all of the dialogue except for these lines? I really don't see how you can miss Zell and Seifer being on even decent terms while Zell and Sqall have a friendship through relying on each other to be there throughout the story =/
