What's the best way to video chat with someone?

Tomorrow I have a video chat appointment with somebody, but I don't know which medium to use. Skype, AIM, maybe some sort of web client? It's gonna have to be around two hours long, so whatever it is has to have a solid connection for at least that long. Suggestions?

Skype works best for me, but it tends to get choppy after about the hour mark. Sometimes I miss out on what they’re saying so I just nod and smile (like irl)

Skype has never really worked great for me. I would use iChat on my Macbook, but the damn thing is prone to overheating after about 10-15 minutes of video chat.

I used it for a web conference a few times, never went out of sync, works great on every connection I've used it on, and the delay is incredibly minimal. It's not all that popular, but it's the best I've used.

I've always just used AIM or MSN depending on the medium with which I'd normally speak to the person I am chatting up.
