Skype works wonders for me. I had a bit of problems with it sometimes when Skyping to Hux, but when I skype with my parents across the atlantic, I think I had one freeze up ever, and we usually skype for an hour at a time.

I also like the convenient REC button, which Skype (or at least my version) lacks.

I ended up using AIM's video chat, and it worked very well! No lag, goodish quality, no hiccups over 2 hours and 15 minutes. A+.
