I just spent the last 20 minutes digging my car out. I change my estimate of 6-8 inches to closer to 10 inches. We got a ton of snow for this area.

Cleaning my car off was relatively easy, though. The snow is very soft. If I waited until tomorrow morning, it'd probably be 10 inches of snow encased in ice and I'd need a pick-axe to get my car out.
