I've only ever really been to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge, which is a mixture of really beautiful mountains and countryside and an asshole of tourist attractions.

I tend to rank states on their education, which would make Tennessee the 10th worst state. California is the 5th worst. Tennessee is better than California.

Not really. It gets 100 at worst, but it's very rare. It's definitely warmer than New York, though.
