    Default Remake of "We Are the World" to benefit Haiti

    Several new voices have united to remake the classic 1985 song "We Are the World" as a combined Michael Jackson tribute and benefit single for Haiti.

    I remember that about this time 5 years ago, a NYC hip hop radio station made a parody of this song to mock victims of the 2004 South Asian tsunami, and that was really appalling.

    Anyway, today, many new musical artists are remaking the song as it was originally intended; to show generosity and compassion for one another in times of crisis.

    I think this remake is gonna be a great tribute.

    Another Michael Jackson song with a similar theme that they should remake is "Heal the World."
