Quin is currently destroying hordes of pidgey on throttle (I've given up on caring if the game's music sounds write turns out its just my crappy computer xD). I'm going to go for catch all for your version, but leave "Capture 151" as that would be such a pain to emulate or cheat xD
EDIT: Other than that I'll go for things like "Complete the game without using any Psychic-type Pokemon", maybe "Complete the game without using healing/recovery items. No Potions, Ethers, Status Recovery items, or Revives.", and probably things like "Beat the Elite Four with only 1 Pokemon in your party (does not have to be the first time)" and "Get your entire party to lv. 100 (NO RARE CANDY GLITCH)" with proper throttling.
