Well, there's nothing about it at all on the FFXIII official site, or on Gamestop's official site, so I'd say someone started a rumor or was mistaken by a picture they saw of the 360 FFXIII bundle.

The only thing you do get extra for free through pre-ordering it at Gamestop is a 32 page mini strategy guide. Better than nothing I suppose.
