FF3 Salonia, Huge city with forests inside its walls..
FF7 Midgar, You need to take a train to go through the different sectors..
FF8 Esthar, Probably the largest (you get lost easily)..
FF9 Lindblum, Looks super huge in the FMVs.
FF10 Zanarkand, Looks super huge in the FMVs.
FF12 Archades (the new one), Looks super huge in the FMVs.

I'd say Midgar just cause you travel more in it. Its got its sectors and its kind of two cities on top/bottom of each other.

Midgar theoretically is massive and multi-leveled, but you don't actually see much of it. But for the amount of space you actually wander around in, I think Esthar is the biggest, though I may not be remembering it entirely accurately.

I think it's Midgar - it might seem quite small on the world map, but it is a gigantic place. Esthar on the other hand is pretty big on the world map, but I don't think it's actually as big as Midgar. I think Zanarkand is even bigger than Esthar, but I decided that Midgar was bigger than Zanarkand. Not sure, though.

Hard choice, it depends what scale you look at really if you just go by where we get to walk around with characters or all the many different buildings and places we see during FMVs. Overall I think Esthar wins it though.
