    Default startup sequence initialized

Hi everyone. I'm new here so I thought I'd say hi and introduce myself. I actually haven't played video games in a while... but RPG's like Final Fantasy really inspired me back in the day... and I think they even turned me into a lifelong adventurer. I'm looking forward to checking out this forum.

    Hey rtech. Welcome to EoFF!

I was hoping your entire post would be in robot-speak, but I guess I should be more relieved than disappointed. xD

I think you'll find quite a lot of us aren't as totally devoted to FF and video games as we once were, but much like you, it's influenced our lives profoundly enough to not leave our houses and stay on the computer.

I was prepared to ask techie/robot-y questions as well.

    Welcome!

    Default temporal recharging bay

Glad to hear that I'm welcome on this forum even though I'm not a hardcore gamer. I actually never really thought of how much my life may have been influenced by RPGs until I put this post up yesterday.

And I cant' promise anything, but I do have a robot manufactured in space in the corner of my room here (recharging right now). He's the one who came up with the title to this thread. He doesn't say much though, mostly just counts things. But maybe he will talk some more in the future.

You don't need to be a hardcore gamer to fit in here. Except if you want to enter the FF8 forum. Things get fierce in there all the time

I was tempted to write this in binary, but opted not to today. Welcome

    Default adventures

Is there a forum area for posting adventures? I guess I'll just post this one here for now...

Long ago in a merchant village beyond the great sea, I did have a certain encounter with a gypsy thief. I learned the hard way that it's far better to keep quiet than to make it known when you catch a gypsy picking your pocket. For where there is one gypsy, there are many... and they will not hesitate to stab you with their blades.
