Interesting, the Strategy Guide is being done by a different publisher. Usually its Brady but now XIII is using Piggyback Interactive instead. Found this out cause talking at my Gamestop, if you pre-order XIII they hand you a mini-guide to show you what the real guide is going to look like.

Piggyback used to be the published back in the 7 and 8 days if I remember correctly...

XII for me came with a sample of a piggyback guide, pretty sure it was mentioned as the official one.

Piggyback has done all the guides for the European/PAL regions for awhile apparently but in the US, its always been BradyGames. This is the first game to have PiggyBack do them exclusively for all regions (well maybe not Japan). So it is a bit of a change for some of us.

Not too annoyed cause BradyGames was always hit or miss in terms of quality strategy guides. I prefer Double Jump myself, they do the MegaTen/Nippon Ichi titles and not only are their guides useful but tend to be packed with information explaining cultural concepts in the games as well as interviews and artwork. Even some other behind the scenes stuff.

I pre-ordered mine last Thursday, I think O.o I ordered it from a local game store, which the last time I pre-ordered from there I got it a day early (so fingers crossed this one will be the same).
