I haven't played it yet, just looked at reviews. I hate the fact that you won't be able to go back into towns you've visited, but it looks great.

Not really. If you're downloading a version claiming to be the US 360 version I wouldn't trust it if I were you.

True, but you don't have a lot to lose trying.

Though if you just use the aforementioned piracy to get an advance copy and then buy the game when it is available I don't think there is much morally wrong with it.

Xb360 game leaks aren't uncommon. If i looked around I could probably find at least 10 other (high profile) titles that were downloadable before the official release date.

At the top of my head, i'm pretty sure it happened to Mass Effect 2 and Assassin's Creed 2.
