Fortunately, no. But I can't believe it's worse than Omegle. Omegle is just...awful.

There are a few pretty funny screenshots from it circulating the web, but I'm not planning on using it myself. From what I've heard half the encounters you get are with people's dangly bits.
I've never been on it, but a few people I'm friends with on Facebook have put pictures up of them on it, and sometimes it's very disturbing.

There was a hilarious segment on it on Tosh.0. I have no interest in trying it myself. Maybe with a group of friends; witnessing horrors with friends can be fun.
Speaking of witnessing things with friends, more than once I found groups of girls sitting in front of a monitor together, waiting to see awful things. At the time, I had my image set as a cat. It's good to know I caused epiclulz.
