well, i dont play a whole lot of video games anymore. too busy with college (engineering) and swim team :(

anyways, i LOVE FF games. pretty much only games i play anymore.

my favorites are FF9 and FF 10 my two favorite games ever (dont make me pick between them!)

FF7 was good but nothing amazing.

FF8 and FF12 were pretty awful for for ff standards

dont care if its linear
dont care about mini games (unless its chocobo and hot and cold!)


must have good atmosphere
must have good music
music have engrossing story
must be emotional
must have good characters
should be somewhat challenging

favorite characters: Kuja, Zidane, Tidus, Wakka, Steiner, Seymour, Rufus, Garnet

With all this aspects Final Fantasy XIII is the perfect Final Fantasy you are looking for.

If you like X, you shouldn't have much of a problem with XIII's gameplay. I would recommend you play it.

The one thing I will praise XIII for is its music, but I expected that from the composer (I follow game music).

I will be getting that OST for sure.
