So these purple wyyerns, Amphisbaenas, are easy as hell and give 3500CP a battle. Pretty sweet.

Incase anyone was wondering where the best place to level up is when you first get to 11: (no story spoilers)

Best thing to do is farm those clusters of 6 robot dudes in the Mahabra mines or whatever its called, then go back to the 2 robos and 3 bombs, going back and forth. They get you around 5000cp a battle in a couple of seconds if you do it right.
Its the first turn to the left off the beaten path, just dont go right to the end of that or it will trigger a really hard boss fight.
No kidding "really hard." That bastard.
ETA: Fun fact~ Chocobo riding makes me motion sick. Uuuuugggghhhhh...
Chapter 12 had far too many Behemoths. They're my most disliked enemies.

I have a question about the cactuars in chapter 11. So the first time I fought one (in that one semi-hidden place by the Giant Dinosaur breeding ground), I got a cactuar doll drop. I've fought a fair amount since then, even equipping the item that increases the chance of getting items, and have received none since. Was it only that one time you receive that, or is it just a fairly rare drop?
I got one from the treasure bubble in that dinosaur area. I haven't fought any cactaurs though.

I'm pretty sure I got one from battle the first time Sazh saw the cactuar. I didn't go there with a chocobo until later.

17 and 29? Haha that would explain it! I maxed them out, evolved them, then maxed them out again.
My main four are all evolved but not maxed to the second evolution part.
Whatever though; the battles are already ridic easy as it is.
