hm... (Final Team Setup Help)

so my final team consists of lightning and hope, but then im having a tough time chosing the last character. either fang or snow, but some people say sazh is good too... what do you think?

It depends on what you like. I'm using Lightening and Sazh and Vanille because I want both a saboteur and a synergist. If you already have Hope then using Sazh would give you two synergists and no saboteurs, but if you never use those then it wouldn't be a big deal. Personally I use the "Bully" paradigm a lot. But I also love Sazh and Hope so I'm training Hope to be a saboteur.

Seems like a lot of people are using Lightening, Hope, and Fang. They're a solid team, I just personally prefer Sazh 'cause I <3 him 4ever and I pretty much never use sentinels.

According to the official guide the best set up is Lightning, Hope and Fang but it doesn't make much of a difference so I'd recommend just using whoever you like.
