Not really sure...I hate falling asleep for long periods of time during the day. But if if I've had an exceptionally excruciating day (late night/early morning) I will take a 20-40 minute nap without feeling like it ruined anything for me.
Last Saturday I took a 3 hour nap in the early afternoon
caused me to sleep later and later every night...
