For a bunch of criminals, Tantalus can really act! I've always been confused as to what they really do for a living. I mean, they can't just rob people can they?

Also, what's the go with the band? Are they with Tantalus, or are they with the Prima Vista?

Don't get me started on the -nero brothers. Those guys are just weird.

Discuss Tantalus and their (possible) nefarious deeds!

I think they can act and that's their front for their thievery! They lull people into thinking they are these nice actors but it's a lie!

Not to mention the band are the ones that distract the audience while they are basically ransacking the entire city. It's the perfect set-up, they even have an airship for a quick getaway. Didn't really work out how they planned, but ah well..

In lindblum though they don't preform I don't think. It was that whole "Moogle Wannabe 2" by a different troupe. I think they are just thieves while there they don't preform which makes it entertaining to me that they go other places and preform. Does no one do background checks in this world?

SAME WITH KUJA! They didn't do a background check on him? Seriously.

I loved Tantalus's role, they where lovable and excellent comic relief, however I was obsessive with that one scene when Marcus took the coffee, I never figured out if you where suppose to skip that in order to get the bean or it let you know to talk to Marcus at a certain part. Drives. Me. Nuts. To. This. Day.

I was also concerned about the safety of those two kids. They just.. hang out with a bunch of (lovable) criminals.

OH. And what the hell is up with Ruby? She doesn't seem to be a part of Tantalus but seems to know them all pretty well. So many questions!

Maybe there is some more adult themes going on there. Like she's the tantalus whore or something.

Well, someone had to keep the thieves entertained. You couldn't count on Zidane to do it. At least not well.

The Prima Vista is part of Tantalus. tantalus is an acting troupe that also take on jobs seedier than most. They are good at both jobs.
