Kimahri's Sphere Grid

Since Kimahri's second half of his sphere grid is open-ended, what type of character is Kimahri.

Even though I skip his abilities after moving into someone else's grid to prevent him from seeming like too much of a copycat, I mix Wakka and Auron's to give him a fighter-like approach. Him being speedy or spellcastery is too weird for him.

First time i played i ran him down lulu's path

Now i run him down with Wakka

I too had him chasing Lulu, though he played in Rikku-world as well. Oh speedy magey Kimahri, how you light my heart aflame!

Every time I start up a new FFX game, I always 'promise' myself that I will make him effective. I always take him down Tidus' and Auron's path, yet, he never gets good enough to compete with the rest... It's right around the time I fight Seymour Flux he falls off the deep end. (I spend a long time leveling up on the High Bridge so that I can take out Seymour with ease, which results in Kimahri losing a lot of ground, as he's not with the party.)

I'm really trying this time, though. Maybe he'll be good for once this time around

I send him down Wakka's path after he's done, so that he can get all of the status Busters. Then I used a Lock to put him into Auron's section to get Armor and Mental Break, and then he began to wander over into Tidus territory. It gives him well balanced stats in just about every fighter category, along with Haste.

I also give him Use from Rikku's section with an Ability Sphere.
